BassoRicci Engineering can be useful in various moments of the sequence to obtain a quality metallic structure:
- reading of the drawing of the parts: our engineers and technicians analyze the drawings in a critical way to assure all the functionalities.
- explotion of all the details: a good study to simplify forms can reduce scraps and improve welding.
- writing of the assembling process: to assure dimentions demanded by the client we must think of support, masks and deformations problems.
- cutting and marking of details. A good marking can facilitate assembling and assure a rapid realization.
- assembling of final part. Assembling is done by operators with a long experience. A lot of caution is used to avoid thermal deformation of parts.
