Special machines for lifting
Lifting decades or hundreads of tonns is hard and dangerous: therefore a lot of parameters must be taken into account during the design. For exemple:
- The mechanical strentgh of the moving structure, during static and dynamic loads, is verified using a software internally developped that calculates all the accelerations and then the loads for all motion conditions. Stress and strain analysis can be evaluated by a finite elements calculations.
- The control of the overall equilibrium during movements is important to avoid vibrations and crushes: control is granted with a good design of the hydraulic system that assure the right values of flow and pressure in all the actuators.
- Security of operators must be assured easily, around all the perimeter and using equipment with little or no maintenance.
- Repetition of movements assures that the load is always in the right position. A good repetition is obtained by a careful design of the hydraulic circuit, a right position of sensors and the attentive study of all the causes that can generate a misallignement.

Test
Lifting machines for special purposes need certifications by national and international authority. We have directly organized and realized tests with RINA (the naval register in Italy) and Motorizzazione Civile.
