Mixing
A good mix is an homogeneous material composed by 2 or more components. Materials to be mixed can be liquids, gas, powders, grains or fibers. All these possibilities for the matter to be mixed are a challenge for the designer because differet rheological and mechanical behavior must be taken in charge.
The mixing machine usually has other functionalities: long fiber material can be brocken to obtain shorter fibers or the mixed product can be descharged in a special way.
